Grown in an ice cave measuring about an acre in size with artificial lighting and heat lamps in one of the harshest environments in the world as an experiment by arctic scientists. What a rare treat with a compelling different look than the traditional green color, these beans are pure white in the raw unroasted form.
We roast these snow white beans to a slightly dark roast which has hint of chocolate tones and very good body. Super smooth like a Penguins belly (hence, the coffee name).
