Colombia Huila Estate Coffee

Bright and fruity with a clean finish. Try it, you'll love it! It's a medium roast from the southern Huila region of Colombia.

Colombia is certainly one of the best known coffee growing countries in the world. Consistent high quality, crop after crop, this coffee is always a good choice. I roast this Huila to a medium roast level. It’s very smooth, medium bodied with citrus notes and a very clean finish.

Located in southwest Colombia, the Huila coffee growing region is renowned for the quality coffee it produces. It’s grown at altitudes reaching up to 5900 ft.

Colombia Decaf Coffee

A full bodied medium roast that tastes like regular coffee. It has a subtle chocolate and sweetness and is very smooth. You won't miss the coffee flavor, only the caffeine.

Colombia is certainly one of the best know coffee growing countries in the world. Consistent high quality, crop after crop, this is always a good choice. I roast this coffee to a medium roast level. It is smooth, medium bodied with citrus notes.

This coffee is decaffeinated using Methylene Chloride (MC). It binds to the caffeine molecule which separate from the coffee beans other molecules. This decaffeination method is the least destructive to coffee’s natural flavors.

Organic Peru

Organic Fair Trade. LIght roast, nice lemon and orange citrus notes, smooth, light body, great aroma.

One of my personal favorites, this light roasted coffee is very smooth and features citrus notes of orange and lemon with a bit of natural sweetness. Light bodied, smooth, easy to drink at any time of day. This is one of the three coffee’s I typically take home with me. You must try this coffee without adding anything to it. Trust me, you’ll love it.

Carolyn's Espresso
Espresso Blend

A 3 bean blend we developed for an Espresso Bar in Boston. Our Espresso blend is unusual because we only blend coffee beans from our regular selections of specialty coffees and don't use the cheaper Robusta beans commonly used by other roasters.

My espresso blend was developed with an espresso bar in Boston. It is my only blend and I use 3 different single origin beans. Two different dark roast origins and a bit of one light roast origin. I do not and never will use any cheap Robusta beans commonly used in espresso to promote the formation of extra crema. I only use Arabica specialty beans ( the top 6% of the coffee crop ).

Though I’m not a fan of blending beans with the exception of espresso, many of my customers love this coffee as a dark roast drip coffee blend.
